Inspection Checklist
Technical Inspection (Day 1 — before run slot)
Officials verify before the run. Pass/fail; 30 minutes to fix a failure or forfeit the slot.
- Length ≤ 400mm (starting config, arm at 90°)
- Width ≤ 300mm
- Height ≤ 400mm (arm at 90°, both arms horizontal)
- Weight ≤ 1.5kg with battery installed
- SEN0189 present and functional — produce one live NTU reading
- Capacitive moisture sensor present and functional — produce one live % reading
- Data output demonstrated (serial monitor line with units is sufficient)
- Battery secure, no exposed terminals, all wiring insulated
- Robot can be powered down immediately on official instruction — know exactly how
- No prohibited components (combustion, mains power, pressurised gas, pyrotechnics, chemicals, flames)
Day 1 Morning (pre-run)
- LiPo fully charged; spare charged and packed
- Latest firmware flashed;
TURBIDITY_DIVIDER_RATIO,SOIL_DRY_VAL/SOIL_WET_VALmatch final calibration - Boot into RC mode (BOOT held) → status LED on
